Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jen Street, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit jenstreet.com (the “Site”).

The Site is the online home for Jen Street, LLC — my freelance design and creative services business. I use Google Analytics to understand how people interact with the Site so I can improve it and see which materials (including tagged resumes or portfolio pieces) are performing best.

I do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Analytics data is used only by me for internal business insights.

Information We Collect

Through Google Analytics, we may collect:

  • Approximate location (derived from IP address; Google typically anonymizes this)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and general navigation patterns
  • Referring websites or search terms
  • Interaction data such as clicks and scrolls

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifying information unless you choose to contact us directly (for example, by sending an email or filling out a contact form if one is available).

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to gather the information listed above. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality or the accuracy of the analytics data we receive.

For details on how Google processes data, please review Google’s privacy policy and their documentation on Google Analytics.

How We Use the Information

  • To understand traffic and engagement on jenstreet.com
  • To evaluate the performance of portfolio materials, resumes, and other content
  • To improve the Site and better serve potential clients

That is the full extent of our use. No advertising networks, no data brokers, and no selling of information.

Third-Party Services

The only analytics tool currently in use is Google Analytics. Google acts as a service provider and processes data according to its own policies. We do not control Google’s systems or data practices.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings or using available opt-out tools.
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as requesting access to or deletion of certain information). Because we primarily receive aggregated or anonymized reports from Google Analytics and do not maintain individual visitor profiles, the scope of individual requests is limited.

If you have a specific request or question, please email us using the contact information on the Site.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
